Happy Cesar Chavez' Bdy! Tonight's program brings News from the Americas and a special report on Bolivia featuring guest, filmmaker Tupac Saavedra. We salute International Womens' Month and stroll through the Streets of Aztlan to hear about the upcoming festivities for the Cesar Chavez celebrations. Guest, Peruvian poet and visual artist, Adrian Arias, discusses his new works and the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts with a calendar of Bay Area Latino upcoming events.
