This week the KPFA fund drive special features excerpts from the documentary "The Power of Community – How Cuba Survived Peak Oil", how Cuba, following the collapse of the Soviet Union in the early 1990s, responded to their oil crisis with a Green Revolution and agricultural innovations. La Raza Chronicles returns with its regular program on February 17th.
